The Camden based social campaign network Blue Sky is to show the famous anti-hate play it produces about Eva Schloss, Auschwitz Survivor and step-sister of wartime diarist Anne Frank at this year's Edinburgh Festival 17-24 August with the support of Maria Kempinska, the founder of Jongleurs, Europe's leading comedy venues.

The multi-media play by award winning US playwright James Still is being hailed by the likes of Conservative leader David Cameron and former Prime Minister Tony Blair and John Bird founder of The Big Issue as an innovative and inspiring initiative to mobilise all decent people against the purveyors of hate in whichever community they exist.

The play has been shown by Blue Sky at Parliament, City Hall, Hosted by the Mayor, New Scotland Yard, hosted by Sir Ian Blair and most recently shown in the West End's Criterion Theatre, Piccadilly Circus.

And then came for me - remembering the world of Anne Frank is currently touring prisons, universities and schools as part of the Hatebusters campaign, and on 20 November ( UN day of the child) the play will be performed at hundreds of schools and venues across the world simultaneously, as a call to action to all young people across the world to stand up against those who divide communities by promoting hate and discord.

Eva Schloss said: "The simultaneous performance of the play is a wonderful initiative by the Blue Sky Network which I wholeheartedly support and I have personally recruited many hundreds of schools across the world where the play has been performed to take part. There is still too much hatred in our world today and the kind of things that happened to me and my family is still happening in some parts of the world and if what we are doing can save just one innocent life than every effort to bring this about will have been worthwhile.''
