Greenlands Lane club beat Thamesians 57-8 last weekend

Hendon will hope to profit under the Friday night lights when they host Bank of England in Herts/Middlesex One.

The match will be played at Saracens’ Allianz Park, a stone’s throw away from Hendon’s usual home on Greenlands Lane.

It will be an exciting occasion for all involved with Hendon and there is sure to be plenty of interest in their fixture against the Bank.

The Greenlands Lane outfit will be hoping for another positive return in the league after enjoying an emphatic 57-8 success at Thamesians last weekend.

Tries from Donal O’Sullivan and Cian Hynes saw Hendon hold a narrow 12-8 advantage at half-time.

The Greenlands Lane outfit invested plenty of hard work in the second half and it paid dividends as O’Sullivan ran in a further three tries, while Adam Johnson, Rob Casey, Henry Charles and Rob Page also dotted down.

Hendon will hope to continue that prolific try-scoring form this weekend as they look to gain some more points from their clash with the Bank.
