Locomotive Under-14s sealed a league and cup double by beating Lea Valley 4-0 in the last game of the season.

With both Locomotive and Brimsdown amassing 13 wins, two draws and one defeat, Cheshunt League officials declared the two clubs joint winners of the Under-14 Premier Division.

Manager Jamie Houghton said: “We’ve had a superb season, first, retaining the cup and now adding the league title. Every member of our squad has played his part in bringing success to this club and they should all be very proud.”

EJ Gyebi, the league’s top scorer with 34 goals, bagged a brace. Jake Casey and Ryan Salter also scored.
