HAM&HIGH sports editor Pat Mooney is in Holland today, travelling with Tottenham Hotspur as they bid to overturn a 1-0 deficit from the first leg of their Uefa Cup clash against PSV Eindhoven.

After their Carlsberg Cup triumph over Chelsea, this is Tottenham's most important match of the season as manager Juande Ramos tries to create European footballing history by winning three successive Uefa Cup finals.

He led Seville to victory in each of the past two seasons and Pat Mooney's report of tonight's vital clash will be on this website tomorrow.

Hopes are high in the Tottenham ranks following a 4-0 demolition of West Ham at White Hart Lane but the Dutch side impressed in the first leg and it will take a Herculean effort to overcome them by two goals on their own ground.

However, assistant manager Gus Poyet is upbeat. ''This Spurs side is good enough to go there and win by two clear goals,'' he said.
