SPURS-bound John Bostock this week revealed he snubbed offers from Chelsea and Barcelona to join Juande Ramos's revolution at the Lane.
Tottenham announced last Friday they had signed the much-sought after 16-year old midfielder from Crystal Palace but they still need to agree a compensation package with the Eagles before the move can be completed.
The clubs are currently in negotiations and if the two sides cannot agree a figure then compensation will be decided by a tribunal.
However, the teenager, who is is looking forward to linking up with Ramos, said: "I need to be at a club where I can continue my development.
"Tottenham have always shown a lot of interest and I believe I will be pushed to improve my game. In the youth team at Palace it was too easy.
"When I made my debut against Watford [last October] I was ready to commit my future to Palace and could see myself playing 100 games in no time but I was stagnating.
"I like Tottenham's playing style. I will be training with the first team and playing for the reserves in my first season.
"I could have gone to big clubs like Chelsea or Barcelona but Spurs offers me the best career progression.
"I know people think I left Palace for the money but there is another side to this. I don't think about the money and it never played a part in my decision. People need to understand that I loved playing for Palace.
