Arsene Wenger's side are clear favourites to progress after the Champions League draw in Monte Carlo grouped them with Standard Liege, AZ Alkmaar and Olympiakos.

Arsenal travel to Liege on Matchday One, Wednesday September 16, before a home game with Olympiakos 13 days later.

Alkmaar's DSB Stadion is the destination on MatchDay Three, Tuesday October 20, before the return game with the Eredivisie champions on Wednesday October 4.

Standard arrive at Emirates Stadium on Tuesday November 24 ,before the Gunners wrap up their Group H campaign with a trip to Olympiakos' Georgious Karaiskakis Stadium on Wednesday December 9.

The Gunners have never played against AZ, who won the Dutch title last year, and Greek side Olympiakos, who have former Blackburn striker Matt Derbyshire in their ranks.

Arsenal last met Belgian side Standard back in the 1993/94 season, winning 3-0 at home before hammering them 7-0 in Belgium, in the European Cup Winners' Cup.
