The Park Road club lost in the final of the Middlesex T20 Cup to their Premier Division rivals on Sunday
North Middlesex didn't have the best of weekends, dropping to second and then failing to win the Middlesex T20 Cup.
On Saturday, Joel Hughes' side had to settle for a draw at home to new boys Harrow St Marys in the Middlesex County Premier Division.
Evan Flowers scored a fine 101, including four sixes, while Tom Nicoll added 67 not out to help the hosts' declare on 282-3.
In reply, Luke Hollman was the star of the show again with 5-86 off 18 overs, but Harrow stood firm on 256-8 and secured a draw.
North Middlesex picked up five points, but saw Ealing go back to the summit and the sides face each other this weekend at Park Road.
On Sunday, Hughes' team were hoping to earn more T20 success after winning the tournament in 2017 and 2016.
Without Joe Cracknell, North Middlesex still managed to beat Richmond and reach the final, winning by 38 runs.
Hollman top scored with 50 off 37 balls to help them post 191-8 from their 20 overs with Rob Fahrenheim smashing a rapid 35.
Richmond were dismissed for 153 in reply with nine balls of their innings left following a superb team bowling display by North Middlesex.
Hughes and Ed Bird nabbed braces while Max Harris and Nicoll claimed scalps, but Stanmore triumphed in the final later that day on home surface.
After losing to the same side last year, it was a similar story for the Premier Division title hopefuls and they will now focus purely on the league.
