Sunday's event hopes to raise funds for the Paul Daisley Trust
South Hampstead will hope to raise plenty of funds for the Paul Daisley Trust when they host their annual six-a-side charity cricket event on Sunday.
The yearly event returns to Milverton Road this weekend, giving all a chance to reflect on the end of another season.
The day will also offer those in attendance a chance to raise funds for the charity set up in honour of the former Brent East MP who died from colorectal cancer in 2003.
Plenty of celebrity players will be in attendance at the event, including former England Test cricketer Chris Lewis.
The now 50-year-old played for South Hampstead as a youngster and has recently released his autobiography titled ‘Crazy: My Road to Redemption’.
As well as the charity cricket event, the day will also see a raffle take place with plenty of great prize on offer.
There will also be music throughout the day, making the event a real family day out, with all welcome to attend.
It is sure to be a great day for all at South Hampstead.
