CAMDEN'S Alex Tofalides captained the British Cadet Men's Foil fencing team to silver at the European Cadet Championships in Athens last week.
Tofalides, a 16-year-old University College School student, also finished in the top eight out of 200 fencers from 24 countries in the men's foil competition.
The team's victory was the first time Great Britain had won a medal in the history of the event. Alex is currently ranked number one Under-17 foilist cadet nationally.
