Belsize Park tumbled from the top of the table and dropped to fourth place in London North-West Division Three after an upset away at Hemel Hempstead.
The hosts sat in the bottom two before kick-off and Belsize took the lead after a Jeremy Burton penalty and a Nathan Ladd try, but Hemel hit back with a converted try and a penalty of their own, going 10-8 up.
Park regained the upper hand with two penalties but then had a try controversially disallowed before having two men sin-binned – and Hemel capitalised with a decisive try in the last minute and grabbed a 17-14 victory.
