Edouard Tijou won two titles as hundreds of members took to the courts for the annual Paddington Sports Club tennis tournament.
Tijou beat David Sweeney 6-4, 7-6 in the men’s singles final at the Castellain Road venue in Maida Vale, and he also teamed up with Dean MacKenzie to win the men’s doubles competition, beating Paul Kassar and Ed Haygarth.
Olga Selivanova overcame Caroline Hodd in the women’s singles final, triumphing 7-6, 6-3, while Julie Zysman and Emily MacKay triumphed over former champions Michelle Bruil and Francoise Higson in the doubles.
MacKay also reached the mixed doubles final alongside MacKenzie, but they were beaten by Hwaida Shah and Kassar, who regained the title.
