Tom Loizou’s team host AFC Sudbury looking to try and leapfrog Canvey Island, who travel to leaders Hornchurch
Haringey Borough are set to play their first match in two weeks when they entertain AFC Sudbury in the Bostik North on Saturday.
Tom Loizou’s men were one of many clubs affected by the beast from the east and Storm Emma last week.
Borough haven’t played a competitive fixture since a 2-0 win over Ware on February 24 and yet they remain fourth in the table.
It is an encouraging spot for Haringey to hold heading into the business end of the term and Saturday’s game with the Suds is a good chance for the north Londoners to try and leapfrog third-placed Canvey Island as the Essex club visit division leaders Hornchurch at the weekend.
After Haringey take on Sudbury, they will travel to Tilbury on Tuesday (March 13) to play the match which was scheduled to take place last Saturday, but was called off due to the bad weather.
Goalkeeper Valery Pajetet will aim to keep up his good form after picking up the Bostik North Safe Hands Award for February.
