A woman has been taken to hospital after the car she was in flipped over in a collision with another vehicle in West Hampstead this morning.
The woman, who was not seriously injured, had to be rescued by crews from the London Fire Brigade (LFB) just before 8am this morning in Holmdale Road after she was trapped in the overturned vehicle.
She was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service (LAS).
A spokesman for the LFB said: “Two cars were in a collision, with one coming to rest on its roof. One adult female was trapped by the overturned vehicle and was released by the brigade.
“She was taken to hospital and we left the duty of care with the police at that time.”
