Arsene Wenger, the Arsenal manager, confirmed the
news: "A calf injury that rules him out for, from what I've seen after the game, three or four weeks at least.

Toure is set to miss Saturday's Premier League trip to Birmingham City and further league matches with Aston Villa and Wigan Athletic, along with the return game with AC Milan.
