AN 18-year-old had a true coming of age present last week when he earned his first parking fine - for putting his ticket in the wrong part of his windscreen.
Daniel Dexter parked his car outside University College School on Frognal after buying a ticket covering a four-hour stay.
But after returning to his car after his A-level classes he found a £50 fine.
He said: "I can't believe it. Do these wardens walk around like Darth Vader or something? I drive to school now because it is cheaper than getting the tube one stop from Golders Green.
"I put my pass on my side of the dashboard and when I came back I had a ticket because they said my pass wasn't visible. It was visible - it was just in the wrong corner, it's ridiculous.
