Three people escaped a fire at a flat in East Finchley yesterday afternoon.
Fire crews from Finchley and Hendon were called to the blaze at a five roomed second floor flat on the Great North Road at around 5pm.
A total of 15 firefighters attended the scene, along with police officers and ambulance crews.
A spokeswoman from London Fire Brigade said three people escaped before crews arrived and the flames were extinguished by 5.30pm.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
