Teenager ‘stable’ after stabbing outside Holiday Inn in Finchley Road
A teenager was stabbed outside the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Finchley Road on Saturday evening (February 25).
The 16-year-old was injured during an altercation with a number of youths who ran off afterwards.
Police are keeping an open mind as to motive but confirmed gang activity was one line of enquiry.
The teenager was stabbed near to the junction with Frognal Court in Swiss Cottage at about 7pm.
He was taken to a central London hospital by ambulance and his condition this morning was understood to be stable.

Finchley Road was shut between Fairfax Road and Arkwright Road for three hours after the stabbing.
No arrests have been made.
