A 16-year-old boy is recovering after being stabbed in the back and stomach in Finsbury Park yesterday afternoon (Wednesday April 1).
The victim was in the park between 4pm to 5pm, near the Scarborough Road entrance, when he was approached by two men who searched his pockets and stole his phone. It was only after they fled that the victim realised he had been stabbed in the back and stomach. He was taken to the Royal London Hospital by helicopter but has since been discharged.
The suspects are described as black and aged approximately 18-years-old.
