AN UNEMPLOYED man has been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing in Stroud Green.
Brian Gardiner, 18, of Sturge Avenue, East London, has been charged with attempted murder. Police were called to reports of a stabbing at the junction of Stapleton Hall Road and Lancaster Road, at 4.20am on Friday November 13.
A 39-year-old man with serious wounds was taken to hospital and is still in a critical condition.
Gardiner appeared at Highgate Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (November 24) and was remanded in custody to appear at The Old Bailey on March 2, 2010.
