The team behind Hampstead pub The Wells Tavern this week celebrated 10 years since they took on the venue and transformed its fortunes.
Proprietor Beth Coventry, operations director Stuart Holms and head chef Greg Smith invited regulars along for a 10th birthday bash on Monday.
Mr Holms, who has been at the pub for the full decade, said: “Everybody at the party was raving about the place as if they were talking about a friend.
“It was nice to hear. It’s a business at the end of the day, but the affection people have for it in their hearts was quite amazing.”
