A NOTORIOUS robber who targeted lone women in Hampstead and Hampstead Garden Suburb had an appeal against his life sentence thrown out by the Court of Appeal.
Daniel Mykoo was told he must serve at least 14 years after admitting to scores of robberies last year.
He was considered London's most prolific robber with more than 80 victims, including Hampstead fashion designer Nicole Farhi.
He carried out many of the "strangulation" attacks with his brother Matthew who is serving an indefinite spell behind bars.

Daniel Mykoo, of Fulham Road, Fulham, appealed against his minimum term but three top judges rejected his case.
Mr Justice Treacy said: "We take the view that this is a truly exceptional case. This was, in our judgment, grave and unprecedented offending. A life sentence was entirely justified and there is no arguable case in relation to the minimum term.
