Highgate School pupils welcomed Spurs striker Fernando Llorente to mark their charity partnership with a children’s hospice.
The player visited students on Tuesday, March 13, and joined them in a balloon release to mark the football club’s commitment to the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, the official charity partner of Tottenham FC and Highgate School.
He helped pupils decorate bricks which will be laid at The Ark - a new building to support children and young people with terminal illness.
Players have also given an hour’s wages to the charity.
Fernando Llorente said: “It is fantastic to see staff and students supporting a cause that is close to the hearts of everyone at Tottenham FC.
“I wish them the best of luck with the charity week.”
