A psychedelic rock group was involved in a dressing room stabbing at the Kentish Town Forum.
Brian Jonestown Massacre frontman Anton Newcombe, 40, was arrested but later released without charge while guitarist Frank 'Teardrop' Emerson, 35, was treated for minor stab wounds at the Royal Free Hospital, following the attack on Wednesday July 16.
Police said they were no longer investigating as the victim did not wish to follow up the allegations.
A statement released by the band said: "Frankie Emerson's injuries were superficial to his arm and stomach. These injuries we-re caused by horseplay by the band in their own chan-ging room after the gig.
