Pupils from a Marylebone school gave an explosive performance at the Roundhouse in Camden, thanks to a helping hand from Ms Dynamite.

Students from St Marylebone CofE school teamed up with pupils from Woodside High School in Wood Green to perform These Times, a fusion of drama dance and rap.

Ms Dynamite, real name Niomi MacLean-Daley, was drafted in by teachers to be a mentor to the teenagers involved in the show and give them some tips on how to brush up their rap lyrics.

She said: "I was blown away - the delivery was amazing. I enjoyed being a part of it. I've always wanted to be a teacher and it was nice to be able to give them advice on performing. I felt honoured."

Lucy Moorhead, a teacher at the Marylebone school who helped to organise the event, praised Ms Dynamite for her commitment.

"The kids really felt that she was a part of the project," she said.
