The duo are on the line-up at a comedy night at Dingwalls to raise money for Hestia.

The charity supports 9,000 adults and children across London by providing emotional and practical support.

Also due to perform at the event on March 3 are Jason Patterson, whose credits include Brown Eyed Boy and Laughter Shock, Tiff Stevenson, who has appeared on Mock the Week, Never Mind the Buzzcocks and The Office, Asian Women of Achievement Award winner Sajeela Kershi, up-and-coming comic Elliot Steel and Kerry Godliman, who has appeared on Derek and Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow.

A charity spokesman said: “The vital funds we raise at events like our comedy night really help us to do this.

“For instance, £3,000 could help us fund over 70 one hour play sessions for up to 30 children living in our domestic abuse refuges over the course of a year.

“While this may seem fairly basic, these play sessions are vital in the healthy development of the children we support and also help the mums to strengthen their relationships with their children.”
