WESTMINSTER'S robbery squad has taken the unusual step of releasing pictures of 10 of the area's most wanted - people who have come in from other places to carry out thefts and robberies. Let's hope that the tactic has the desired effect and that the suspects, captured committing crimes by CCTV cameras, will be brought to justice before they can create any more misery for law-abiding people. The pictures also serve as a timely reminder that especially at this time of year, there are crooks around whose idea of a happy Christmas is to help themselves to other people's belongings. Beware!
