PUPILS at Alexandra Park School have scored another round of record-breaking GCSE scores.
The percentage of pupils achieving five or more A* to C grades at the Haringey school, including English and Maths, rose from 62 percent last year to 67 percent.
A total of 74 percent of pupils achieved two A* to C grades in science and half of pupils scored an A to C in modern foreign languages - well above the national average said deputy head Simon Horne.
Headteacher Michael McKenzie said: "This is another record year for students at APS, both at GCSE and A level - a successful local state school where all students are welcome and all can achieve.
