AARON Lennon feels Spurs are playing well enough under new manager Harry Redknapp to collect more silverware this season.

Tottenham won the Carling Cup last year but a disastrous start to the Premier League and a losing start in the Uefa Cup cost Juande Ramos his job.

The Lilywhites continue their European campaign with a trip to Holland tonight to play NEC Nijmegen and on Wednesday visit Watford for a place in the semi-final of the Carling Cup.

And Lennon, who produced a man-of-the match performance in Sunday's 1-0 league win over Blackburn, believes Spurs have the squad to win further honours.

"We want to do well in all the cup competitions," Lennon told Ham&High Sport. "In the Uefa Cup we have not gone as far as we should have done. But I think we now have the squad to do it. We have a great squad and we can change a lot of players so hopefully we can go far in it this season."

Tottenham lost 2-0 in Udinese but bounced back with a four-goal hammering of Dinamo Zagreb in the second Group D fixture two weeks ago at the Lane.

But Redknapp will be forced into changes for tonight's game in Holland. He will be without skipper Ledley King, who can play just one game a week due to his knee problems, and right-back Alan Hutton, who underwent a scan on a foot injury.

The versatile Vedran Corluka is ineligible after playing for Manchester City in an earlier round. And another defender, Paul Stalteri, cannot play because he was not registered in the Uefa list by Ramos.

Striker Roman Pavlyuchenko, who scored the winner against Rovers, is also cup tied in Europe which means the on-loan Fraizer Cambell could partner Darren Bent up front.

But Lennon can't wait for another chance to show he is getting back to his best. "I've started well this season, even though we were not doing so well as a team at first," he said.

"My displays have been getting better and better - the Blackburn game was my best of the season. I'm getting back to my old self."

Lennon also revealed he has been working hard on crossing in training. "End product is something I need to improve on," he added. "Ive been trying to improve from both sides.
