Former Love Island star Eyal Booker gave gifts to poorly youngsters during a visit to the Royal Free Hospital yesterday.
The former reality TV contestant was a world away from the villa in Majorca, as the 23-year-old handed out presents on behalf of Camp Simcha. The Jewish charity, based in north London organises toy drops to London hospitals during the festive season.
Among the children he met was one-year-old Millie, who had been brought into the Royal Free after trapping her finger in the wheel of a bicycle, and nearly cutting it off.
Jodie Littlechild, Millie’s mum said: “Millie cried for a couple of minutes when it happened but then started laughing. She is such a happy little girl but I was so worried when she was having her surgery.
“She’s absolutely fine now thank goodness and the finger has been successfully reattached. It’s great to see Eyal. I think everyone was watching Love Island this year!”
