No trains will be running in or out of Euston station over the August bank holiday weekend, potentially causing chaos for people looking to get away.
All services will be affected, including West Coast trains via Watford, Milton Keynes, and Northampton.
London Euston also serves Birmingham, Manchester, and major cities in Scotland, but commuters will have to find alternative routes if they are planning to travel to these destinations.
There will be no trains arriving into Euston.
Underground services at Euston will not be affected and the actual station and its businesses will be open.

The station closure is to allow work to take place on Britain’s new high speed railway while a major power supply to the station is rerouted by Network Rail on behalf of HS2 Ltd. However pasasengers are being urged not to travel unless absolutely necessary on August 26 and 27, and are being warned that all alternative routes will be extremely busy over the weekend.
Customers requiring mobility assistance are urged to book help in advance with their train operators. All customers are urged to check on www.nationalrail.co.uk for the very latest travel information. Further detail on these works can be found at www.nationalrail.co.uk/eustonworks.
