Police launch fraud investigation at Qunitin Kynaston School

Police are investigating an allegation of fraud at Quintin Kynaston school, where ‘superhead’ Jo Shuter was suspended last month.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation into false accounting fraud is continuing.

Police were made aware of financial irregularities at the academy on Marlborough Hill, St John’s Wood on September 12.

Jo Shuter was suspended by governors pending an investigation on Wednesday, and deputy head Chris Sale was appointed acting headteacher.
