Plans have been submitted for a luxury apartment block in Golders Green offering 75 flats with a communal swimming pool, spa and gym.
Developer Excelsior Project Management, which has built several luxury developments in Barnet, has applied to Barnet Council to build a seven-storey block on a vacant site in 290-294 Golders Green Road.
The development plans include 75 flats, ranging from one to four-bedrooms, with basement parking and a communal swimming pool, spa and gym for residents on a lower ground floor.
