A special school in Swiss Cottage launched a new fundraising campaign with a festive Cocktails & Carols evening.
Swiss Cottage School Development and Research Centre, in Avenue Road, Swiss Cottage, kickstarted a new phase of its Pigs4Kids fundraising campaign, backed by the Ham&High, with the event at the school last Monday night.
The evening raised around £1,300 to help kit out a new four-bedroom flat, based on the school site, which will accommodate students for overnight stays designed to develop their independence and give their families some free time.
Around 50 guests attended the party and enjoyed festive-themed cocktails, courtesy of mixologists from Liquid Chefs, who served up Christmas Tree Mojitos and non-alcoholic Mango Sled cocktails.
Visitors were also treated to carols performed by the school choir, including students from a variety of year groups.
