Love was in the air in Hampstead and Highgate last week with Valentine’s Day dancing and dog-walking.
Young and old took to the dance floor at Haverstock School, with 60 pensioners partnering up with sixth formers for the school’s fifth annual tea dance.
Meanwhile on Hampstead Heath, pet lovers got into the mood with a romantic stroll across the beauty spot. More than 50 people pitched up for the walk which raises money for abandoned dogs in need of new homes.
Couples short on ideas for that special date swung by Primrose Hill Books for a little advice.
Authors Sophie Vickers and Sam Hodges signed copies of their book London for Lovers before partners dashed off to enjoy an evening’s romance.
