Some of London’s scariest dogs arrived in Hampstead over the weekend as they took to the Heath dressed in Halloween costumes.
Pooches dressed as spiders, witches and even – bizarrely – steam trains took part in the All Dogs Matter Halloween Dog Walk on Sunday.
Owners met with their dogs at The Spaniards Inn pub in Spaniards Road, and the day raised more than £1,000 for the dog rescue group.
A spokesman for the group said: “We always ask owners not to compromise their pet’s happiness and welfare and make sure they are comfortable, calm and happy in their doggy apparel.”
