Park View Rangers’ Under-13s won a hat-trick of titles in June, securing their third trophy by winning Enfield Rangers’ tournament.
Having already won the Tigers JFC and Ryan FC competitions earlier in the month, Park View came through five tough group games, finishing top of the pool and unbeaten – and they then overcame Belmont Youth 2-0 in the semi-final.
That set up a final showdown with Football Factory, and Rangers triumphed 3-0.
With the defence of Gabriel Weidner and Samuel Bohorquez holding firm, Reon Reid headed home towards the end of the first half, and man of the tournament Micah Greenaway doubled the lead after the interval before Samuel Bohorquez wrapped up the victory with a thunderous strike.
