OFFICIALS in Westminster are now expecting the declaration of results to be announced at 5am.
This is an hour later than initial estimates for the borough's constituencies Westminster North and Cities of London and Westminster.
Westminster North Liberal Democrat candidate Mark Blackburn and Labour incumbent Karen Buck are awaiting their fate at the Queen Mother Sports Hall in Vauxhall.
But Conservative candidate Joanne Cash, who is tipped to take the seat, is yet to arrive.
