A CURATOR is being brought over from Israel to work at the newly renovated Jewish Museum in Camden Town.

Sarah Harel Hoshen, who currently works for the Beth Hatefutsoth Museum of the Jewish Diaspora in Tel Aviv, will take a role at the Albert Street centre as curator of Judaica.

She replaces Jennifer Marin, who has held the job for 20 years and will join the team when the museum is redeveloped by summer next year.

Museum director Rickie Burman said: "We are delighted to have Sarah join our staff. She is a respected figure among Jewish museums internationally.

"Her expertise and extensive work experience make her a great addition to our team and she provides a fresh, dynamic perspective on our exhibitions and programming.
