The youngest ever Mayor of Camden has been chosen, along with the borough's youngest ever councillors and cabinet.

All aged between 13 and 19, the chosen few make up the Camden's first ever Youth Council, after last month's election. The co-leaders of the council are Axel Landin and Lazeez Raimi, and the young mayor has been named as Ziyad Ibrahim.

Other members of the cabinet include Lorenzo Brewer and Rubina Begum.

The Council will meet regularly throughout the year and promises to give its adult counterpart a real run for its money.
