A MUSWELL Hill man has been jailed for five years after police found a gun stored inside his computer.
Daniel Stanigar, 22, was sentenced to five years imprisonment at Wood Green Crown Court after pleading guilty to possessing a prohibited weapon and ammunition without a certificate.
Haringey police say they hope the sentence sends a stark reminder to anyone on the fringes of gang culture that storing a weapon for others is a serious criminal offence.
Officers found the gun at Stanigar's Muswell Hill Place home, which he shares with his parents, during a raid on January 7 this year.
