A MUSWELL Hill man has been arrested in connection with a double-shooting in Hertfordshire.

It is believed the man was arrested at his home address in connection with the deaths on Friday.

The 46-year-old man is being held on suspicion of conspiracy to murder following the deaths of 33-year-old Aytul Serbetli and 37-year-old Bulent Polat in Chedhun on March 8.

A Hertfordshire Police spokeswoman said: "Both were found inside a Mayo Close flat with injuries caused by a gun.

"Officers believe that one person caused the death of the other then took their own life."

Officers are not looking for any one else in connection with the incident, but if anyone has information they should contact police through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
