A memorial service was held in Golders Green to mark the third anniversary of the Japanese tsunami.
Families and dignitaries came together for the Still Remembering service at Golders Green Parish Church, in North End Road, on Sunday afternoon.
Members of the community were invited to light candles and look around an exhibition about the tsunami ahead of the service.
The natural disaster on March 11, 2011, was triggered by a huge underwater earthquake, devastating coastal communities and leaving more than 15,000 people dead.
The Rev Rex Morton, parish vicar, led the service to remember victims and pray for survivors.
