FULHAM arrive at the Lane tomorrow looking for a Premier League "double" over Spurs.

The Cottagers, who also beat Arsenal at the start of the season were the first to burst the Harry Redknapp bubble when they won 2-1 at the Cottage in November.

On Saturday, Fulham hammered Middlesbrough 3-0 with goals from their best player Jimmy Bullard, Danny Murphy and Clint Dempsey.

In fact, Roy Hodgson's men have kept four clean sheets in their last five Premier League games and are eighth in the table.

Now Hodgson must decide whether he can persuade Mohamed Al Fayed to offer Bullard the desired contract or risk losing him in January.

Under Hodgson Fulham have been a revelation in the 12 months since he replaced ex-boss Lawrie Sanchez. Hodgson found a team lacking in confidence and leaking goals, and seemingly on a one-way trip to the Championship. He set about changing things and Fulham won four of their last five to stay up on goal difference.

Wholesale changes followed in the closed season. Mark Schwarzer (Middlesbrough) has been outstanding in goal while defender John Pantsil (West Ham) has been pivotal in Fulham's ability to keep the best goal difference of any teams bar the top five. Zoltan Gera (West Brom) and former Spur Bobby Zamora (West Ham) have both strengthened the team while Andy Johnson (Everton) is a proven match winner.
