At 85.1 per cent of the vote counted, Labour's Joanne McCartney has taken the lead in the race to represent Enfield and Haringey on the London Assembly, with Ken Livingstone still leading Boris Johnson in the mayoral vote for the constituency.
In the North East constituency, including Islington, Hackney and Waltham Forest, 60.93 per cent of ballots have been counted and Mr Livingstone has nearly double the votes of his Tory rival. Mr Livingstone also leads in Brent and Harrow, where 83 per cent of the votes have been counted.
