Gas leak in Camden Town Hall basement sparks emergency evacuation

Camden Town Hall was evacuated this morning after the National Grid alerted staff to a gas leak in the basement.
All of the employees of the Judd Street building left the building at approximately 11am.
Engineers determined the pathway of gas into the building and the area was safely vented. Employees were allowed to re-enter the building at 12.20pm.
