A BY-ELECTION is to be held in Kentish Town after the death of popular councillor Dave Horan last month.
On Thursday 28 October residents in the ward will head to the ballot box to vote for a new councillor to join current Labour councillors Meric Apak and Georgia Gould.
The candidates are Naomi Aptowitzer for the Green party, Will Blair for the Conservatives, Jenny Headlam-Wells for Labour and former Kentish Town councillor until 2006 Nick Russell for the Liberal Democrats.
