Residents in Barnet are urged to give their views on how the council should deal with funding cuts.
Barnet Council has launched an online survey, Call for Evidence, asking residents, businesses and community organisations for their views on the financial challenges over the next decade.
The council is expecting spending power in 2020 to be slightly over half that of the 2010 budget.
The survey will run until June 30 but will be suspended from April 14 until the council elections on May 22, to comply with pre-election rules.
