Fundraisers in Golders Green have helped to collect more than £10,000 for a Jewish charity.
Volunteers, staff and service users shaked buckets to collect cash for Kisharon, a charity supporting people with learning difficulties and their families.
There were 201 Kisharon “Kollectors” out across London as part of the Jewish festival of Purim .
Collectors included Golders Green resident Eli Cohen, who is supported by the charity, and Gemma Jacobson, whose mother is Kisharon chief executive, Dr Beverley Jacobson.
Fundraiser Adele Busse said: “It’s been an incredible time because so many people – including our own families – have come out to support Kisharon.”
