A group of schoolchildren got creative with chocolate under the guidance of master confectioner Steph Saffer, founder of Kokopelli’s Chocolate, to prepare edible delights for a Mad Hatters Tea Party.
The workshop was part of a special summer programme at the London Jewish Cultural Centre (LJCC), in Ivy House, North End Road, Golders Green, on Friday last week.
Among the edible creations crafted by 60 children were chocolate tea cups, biscuits and fish fingers and chips.
The event was organised by Chocolate Factory and included chocolate modelling, games and tastings.
It was part of the FUSION Summer Bonanza children’s programme, running at the LJCC until August 28.
