ROBBIE Keane is likely to start tonight's Premier League match against title-chasing Chelsea at White Hart Lane despite his show of petulance after being substituted at Manchester City on Sunday.
The stand-in skipper, reportedly fined two weeks wages for hurling his tracksuit top to the floor as he took his place on the bench, looks set to partner Dimitar Berbatov against the Blues, who will be aiming to avenge their Carling Cup Final defeat.
Winger Aaron Lennon, also replaced at half time at City, could be recalled as Tottenham bid to shake off their Uefa Cup hangover following their exit on penalties to PSV Eindhoven last week.
Keane scored his 21st goal of the season to put Tottenham ahead at Eastlands but was then hauled off shortly after Stephen Ireland had levelled for City. Sven Goran Ekiksson's side went on the seal the points through Nedum Onuoha. Full report in this week's Ham&High Sport.
Tottenham boss Juande Ramos has warned that players' reputations count for nothing as he aims to turn them into regular trophy winners. "I treat everyone equally within the squad and players know they have a right to play just as much as anyone else," said Ramos. See Ham&High Sport for full story.
